I am thrilled to offer another option for dates I'm already booked for. My associate photographers are amazingly talented, highly trained, and truly professional at everything they do. Each of these women represents the Rachael Kazmier Photography experience and their work embodies my signature elegant, joyful and timeless style. Communication, editing & delivery goes through my studio for a completely on-brand look and feel. I’m so excited to introduce the team, I know you’ll love them as much as I do!

Associate packages include wedding day coverage with two photographers, an online gallery of high-resolution images with unlimited downloads, and the option to add hours and/or engagement sessions. All bookings and timeline planning go through Rachael, her associates take beautiful photos on your wedding day, and all editing is done in Rachael’s signature light and airy style.

Erin has been enchanted by the magic of weddings since she was young, and nothing makes her happier than celebrating alongside her couples and seeing the day through their eyes. She’s not just there to capture the big and little moments, but to be your biggest cheerleader - laughing, crying, and even dancing with you through it all! With a true love for photography and a deep appreciation for life’s milestones, Erin brings warmth, creativity, and authenticity to every image, making sure your wedding memories feel timeless and full of joy.
When she’s not behind the camera, you’ll likely catch Erin hosting an over-the-top themed party, squeezing in an early morning pilates class, or planning her next getaway.

Randi has been capturing weddings since 2019, though her love for photography started long before that. She was always the friend documenting adventures and making sure no moment went unnoticed. Randi finds joy in celebrating others and creating images that truly tell a story.
In her downtime, you can find Randi soaking up life’s little luxuries - dining at a charming restaurant, relaxing by a pool, or shopping for treasures to decorate her beautiful home. Randi happily resides with her husband and three sweet babies, who keep her life full of love (and the perfect touch of chaos!)

This Golden Girls fan is super excited to be joining Rachael's team. While Chicago is home, Chantal is always ready to grab her passport - just say the word and she’ll be on the next international flight. Blending her love of travel with photography, she’s gained experience and techniques that shine no matter the destination.
As a proud momma of four, Chantal is passionate about balancing work and family. Motherhood has taught her endless patience - a skill that’s especially handy on wedding days while she’s calmly capturing all the joy and emotion.
With 7 years as a full-time photographer, Chantal has a gift for helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera (ask her about her Oprah technique!). Her favorite food is hot chocolate (that counts as food, right?)
