Melanie describes her and George’s romance as a “modern love story”. They met on Bumble and what started as something casual – chats over books and music – quickly turned into something more. They became part of each others’ routines and both looked forward to their nightly phone calls. George planned an elaborate + romantic first date, however they just couldn’t wait, so they spontaneously met up a week prior! The rest was history!!!
George said his favorite things about Mel is that she’s brilliant and ‘hot as heck’ (he aint wrong!!!) He says she motivates him to be his best self. Mel said George is unfiltered and hilarious, and he’s her rock.
I flew to Florida in February to celebrate Mel and George’s engagement. We had a blast capturing these sweet + laidback photos around St. Pete. Mel and George showed me their favorite spots, including the luxurious Vinoy hotel where we enjoyed cocktails on the patio, and the St. Pete marina where we watched the sunset. We laughed TOO MUCH and chatted details of their wedding next January. I love these two to death, they are so perfect together and empower each other in the most beautiful way.
